I am the creator of Sensual Shadow-work and this course
My life has gone through exactly this beautiful transformation revolution the past years.
You see, I used to have chronic full body inflammation, severe anxiety and frequent depression since age 5. This is certainly NOT my story anymore- in fact now it is my great honor and joy to support others to rise into their power and align with their highest potential and a Heart-led life.
It all changed for me, when I had an instant awakening 15.th October 2018. It was a lightbulb moment, when I suddenly understood how I had a very negative inner voice, and that this led me to push people away and self sabotage in other ways too. Up until then, I did not know about the ego, and neither how the mind functions and how this affects the body and my Energy in all kinds of ways. And then as if a switch was flipped ON: my life changed forever from that moment.
By saying that, I am not at all saying that suddenly it was all pink clouds in my mind. However something was different, and I could not unsee it- and I took charge - radical Self responsibility. Ever since, I have embarked on a Wild Adventure of Self discovery: facing my shadows, darkness, my sorrow, frustration, despair, anger, joy, passion, hidden desires - well discovered ME- the FULL ME.
I have turned my insides to this soft warm loving space- and of course with it my life has changed in the most beautiful transformative way. And this course is created from the love and desire to ignite the same self-love in your body and mind.
The past years I have taken extensive and widespread education and courses. I hold 9 certifications in internationally accredited modalities, and to mention some:
I am a trauma-informed Somatic Therapist, Sexologist, Breath-Work Facilitator, Mindset Healer, Meditation teacher, Bodyworker & Energy Worker.
I am 45 years old, and in addition to my work that I`m so passionate about- I am a dedicated mom to a young Woman of 11 years and a cat called Mewo. I live in the cabin in the woods of Nesodden just outside of Oslo. I smile and laugh a lot- and I love to feel and see the FULL EXPRESSION of other people.
I call my way of working "Sensual Shadow-Work": this is a body-of-work that came to me 5 years ago, and it is the result of my unique wide-set mix of studies, qualifications and experiences. It is all about the inner union of body and mind, of feminine and masculine, of human and Soul.
The Sensual part is there, because the work is anchored first and foremost to the feminine wisdom of Intuition and connection to the body and connection to SELF: of BEin Human and connect to the unique lifeforce Energy that wants to express into the World from you.

Every activation contain a wide variety of resources: video transmissions, articles, emotional release, breathwork, energy work, suggestions etc. For you to tune into from your own living room - thus making it easier to implement into your daily life.
This is the introduction video. When you in the Portal, you find a written down-loadable transcript of the video.
The videos are between 1 minute and 21 minutes, with average about 12 minutes for each video.
This is complex subject made easier, and with the intention of creating a different experience than what most self-led courses gives. The feedback has also been the success of that statement :)
