"EMBRACE YOUR INNER SLUT"

Is a trauma-informed Somatic Sexology & Therapy online group-course for Women - a Sensual Shadow-work journey, diving into the "Dark Feminine" Energy and in particular the archetype of The Slut. In this Energy you will find creativity, sensuality, emotional awareness, healthy love of your own body, self-worth and sexual power//healing.

This is a group-healing course for Women that wants to reclaim authentic Sensual expression and Sexual pleasure as their own.
It`s for Women that wants deeper connection to their Body and Intuition - because Sensuality is the empowered Sensitivity. And not to be confused with "performance sensuality".
This course is all about embracing more of the fullness of your Feminine power in a mature and healthy way - in whatever expression this uniquely looks for YOU.

Connect (deeper) with your authentic SENSUALITY: Let go of shame, guilt and fear when it comes to connection to your body and your intuition. This is about restoring your natural Sensuality- as in your empowered Sensitivity. 

This includes Sexuality - however Sensuality and Sexuality are two different things, and we use somatic experiencing and exercises to explore- both in the group and mostly on your own through video & written self explorations.

Sensual Shadow-work: Through guided exercises, you will unveil, face and heal parts of yourself that have been hidden or rejected, as well as parts of you that have been stuck in reactivity and sabotage.

Included in the course are emotional release tools and nervous-system healing.  This supports the transformations of blocks (shadows), as well as built resilience. 

 

Archetypal Mapping: Discover the archetypes that subconsciously lives in the collective that shape your life, and through this reclaim your personal power through diving deeper into the Mystery to find the authentic expression for you.

Included in the course is Energy work to support the release and transformation these deep subconscious patterns/programs, as well as learning the use of the healing power of the understanding of polarity attraction.

So your mind gets to understand and not sabotage but rather be part of supporting the process.  This aspect is also the "polarity" aspect to The Sacred Slut.

Emotional // Somatic Healing

Being with the unprocessed wounds (as in trauma) so this Energy blocks gets released. You learn tools to practice one your own, and we do exercises together in the group calls.

Physical

We do Nervous system reset tools to support your physical body, and Energy work to support the Emotional and Mental healing to go deep into the cells. 

Soul

With this work, you get to reclaim connection to Soul fragments that has been denied and suppressed. Because your sensuality is how you feel Soul connection. SENSuality = connection to your senses. 

Spirit

Connection to the Source//The Universe will naturally flow easier and better when you have done the other 4 aspects. And when we address the archetypes (collective energies), this also puts your own personal wounds, experiences and gifts into a bigger context.

 Please note: in order to have access to the group calls you need to be present for the first call. This is because we want to create a space of safety and connection between the attendees. 

You can also consider the calls as mandatory as they are an important part of the group-course.

You receive access to a online Portal (in Kajabi) with resources - video transmissions, text, self exercises etc. Some of them are pre-recorded, and then Marte also make resources based on your reflections and shares. And there is a Telegram group-chat for support. 

 

The calls are live & not recorded, and they include somatic experiencing, Energy work & clearings, Emotional release tools & Integration exercises 

Please note that in order to have access to the group calls you need to be present for the first (or second) call. This is because we want to create a space of safety and connection between the attendees

 

In the slut-shaming and wounds this creates we can mention: being blamed for the original sin, jealousy, mistrust, comparison, backstabbing, chaos, doubting yourself, the witch wound, fear of using ones abilities, too much//not enough, rape culture, painful bleeds (periods), vaginal numbness and disease. This is just to mention a few. 

 

But in truth, this archetype is not just about sex. In fact sex is just one aspect of The Sacred Slut Energy.

 

It is about self worth and self-love - and as such NOT settling for less. It is about freedom, authenticity, playfulness and natural expression of standards, boundaries, desires and needs. 

Because the Sacred Slut does NOT worry about too much or not enough, and as such to embrace this aspect within you, is about liberation of your innocence from the fear of negativity, shame and negative judgment. It is about your energy going from survival into thrival: of deeper connection with authentic choices and the Feminine wisdom of Intuition that will guide you there.

It is about feeling at home in your and in love with yourself! And we all want this right?

 

The "SLUT" archetype is one of the most misunderstood, misrepresented, and often vilified parts of the feminine psyche. Because of the power the feminine Energy holds

I (Marte) know from personal experience how amazingly healing the SACRED SLUT is. My journey started 5 years ago with my first somatic sexology education. To embrace this aspect within me is something that keeps giving authentic liberation and expansion even after 5 years in: i It anchors me deep into my Body and bridges my Human and Soul. Meet your guide and creator of "Embrace your inner SLUT": 

Marte Relling Uri

 

Marte holds 9 certificates//qualifications in internationally accredited modalities. She is an international accredited certified trauma-informed Somatic Therapist, Sexologist and Breath-Work Facilitator. In addition to educations in Mindset Healing, Meditation and Energy Work. She is also a certified guide in Quantum Human Design and Gene Keys. 
She is 45 years old (she thinks of it as level 45), and in addition to her work that she is so passionate about- she is a dedicated solo-mom to a young Woman of 11 years and a babycat called Mewo.
 

Marte is committed to integrity and the continued journey of softening//surrendering. Her specialty is to support people in recalibrating and aligning with their True Essence- meaning connection to your Heart & Soul. Her combination of fierceness is unparallel to the unconditional love she meets her clients and course participants with. This IS penetration of love. My name is Marte Relling Uri. I`m 45 years old and have the past 7 years been on an extensive healing journey that has included a lot of educations & certifications. My personal wisdom in combination with the tools I have learned & acquired is now my biggest joy & love to share with you through 1:1 sessions & courses
I am an international accredited certified trauma-informed Somatic Therapist, Sexologist and Breath-Work Facilitator. In addition to educations in Mindset Healing, Meditation and Energy Work. I am also certified guide in Quantum Human Design, Human Design and Gene Keys.   

 

I tend to smile and laugh a lot, however, you can trust my willingness to be honest, authentic and meet shadows and darkness when that is needed.

  • You have done workshops, sessions work or courses before so you have an okay/good understanding of how these journeys can bring up triggers and challenges, and have an okay/good understanding of how to both ask for support in the group, and to navigate aspects on your own.
  • You are willing to show up for yourself and take accountability for your own wellness - spiritual, emotional, physical
  • If you are not sure if this course is a good match for you, and/or you have more questions, you are so welcome to check in with me/Marte before you sign up.

 

This course is unfortunately (maybe) NOT for you if:

  • Just want a "quick-fix" and shrink away from most of or all challenging situations
  • You have 'untreated' sexual assault or abuse trauma that affects your day to day life. By "untreated" = never received therapy or treatment.
  • Have severe or unmanageable psychological diagnosis of Bipolar, Schizophrenia, Psychosis, Panic attacks, Clinically depressed or PTSD.

     

    Please note: having an of these diagnosis is not an exclusion in itself, it all comes down to how reactive this force is in your life.
