I support people in reconnecting with their true essence and their authentic FULLNESS; of alignment//union between body & mind, feminine & masculine, Human & Soul.
SENSUAL SHADOW-WORK
Is my body-of-work that is coming alive in and through me since 2020. It is grounded in Intuition, and supported with my extensive educations and experience.
WHY?
Because I believe Shadow-work is one of the most powerful tools there is, as I perceive Healing as the discovery of the shadows & darkness (as in the patterns) that`s shrouding your authentic expression
TO BE SENSUAL
is to be present and aware of the sensations in your body, and thus aligned with your Heart & Soul: because our senses is how our Intuition speaks to us, and the barometer to what's happening inside of us (our Soma)
Sessions
You can work with Marte both online and in-person. She does Sessions in English and in Norwegian (Norsk) - for individuals, couples and groups. The sessions range from 60 minutes to the Retreat options of several days.
Courses & Workshops
Marte holds workshops & courses both online and in-person. You can find her at selected Festivals, hire her to come to your event, as well as a few times a year she holds events on her own initiative.

1:1 Sessions
You can work with Marte both online and in-person.
She does Sessions in English and in Norwegian (Norsk).
You can come for an individual Session, and you can work with her on long term basis.
